Documentation & Legal Seminar
 
CFCC is pleased to announce a workshop on Documentation & Legal Issues
to be held at the offices of Buchalter Nemer
Wednesday, November 30, 2005 as follows:

 
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
(Break for lunch of one hour plus two coffee breaks)

A panel of Attorneys from Buchalter Nemer, including Ariel Berrios, Farhad
Bahar, Richard Goldstein and William Schoenholz will conduct the workshop.
It is recommended for loan officers, account executives and others who are
involved in the administration and supervision of secured loans. Participants
should have at least one year in the industry. Topics will include basic ABL
Transactions, Underwriting Issues, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Loans
and Term Loans.
 
The fee is $200.00 and includes tuition, course materials, coffee breaks
and lunch. Since attendance is limited to 70, we urge you to complete
and return the enclosed registration form as quickly as possible.
