Bruce English has served as President of
Bay View
Financial Corporation, the asset-based lending
division of Bay View Commercial Finance
Group,
since December 1997. Prior thereto, he served
as Western Region Executive, Senior Vice
President for
Fremont Financial for approximately 9 years.
Bruce
has been in the commercial lending and finance
industry for over 20 years. His prior employers
also
include Barclays Business Credit (now Fleet),
Security
Pacific Business Credit (now Bank of America),
and
Wells Fargo Bank.
Bruce is a graduate of the University of
Colorado.
He is also a Director, and Executive Committee
member, of the Commercial Finance Association.
Bruce has been a Director of the CFCC since
1989
and is currently the Chairman.
