LEGAL SEMINAR
cfcc Online RSVP

CFCC is pleased to announce a workshop on: After the "MAC":
Cutting Edge Developments in Workouts, Liquidations and Bankruptcy.

Gary Samson, Bill Keikhofer, and other lawyers from McGuireWoods LLP will conduct an extensive one day workshop on the most recent legal developments in workouts, liquidations and bankruptcy. This is a "must attend" seminar for any lender working on bankruptcy or non-bankruptcy workouts and restructures. It is recommended for loan officers, account executives and others who are involved in the administration and supervision of secured loans. Participants should have at least one year in the industry.

Topics will include (to name a few) understanding the WARN Act, lender liability, the Federal Tax Lien Act, the doctrine of deepening insolvency, pre-pack bankruptcies, interpreting and enforcing Intercreditor agreements (including the Ionosphere risk), cram down plans, subordinations in bankruptcy, achieving sales and liquidations without filing a bankruptcy case and a plethora of new court decisions and their impact on secured lenders.
The fee is $175.00 and includes tuition, parking, course materials, coffee breaks and lunch. Since this is a popular and timely subject, we urge you to complete and return the enclosed registration form as quickly as possible.
